1. (a) “Code” means Chapters 1 through 6 of Division 5 (commencing with Section 1100) of the Harbors and Navigation Code, as amended from time to time.
2. (b) “Board” means Board of Pilot Commissioners for the Bays of San Francisco, San Pablo and Suisun.
