1. (a) To present such written evidence as he or she feels is necessary or appropriate to the issues involved at any time up to and including the day of hearing;
2. (b) To present written or oral arguments to the Committee;
3. (c) To be represented by the person of his or her choice; and
4. (d) To choose not to appear before the Committee and to have such failure to appear not be considered either an admission or denial of the facts described in the written notice.

An appellant who has been denied a credential pursuant to this chapter shall have the following rights before the Committee:
