1. (a) Cause a statement of issues to be prepared and filed with the Committee setting forth the causes upon which the appeal is based;
2. (b) Submit the statement of issues to the Committee at the earliest possible date; and
3. (c) Notify the appellant of the date, time and place of the informal hearing before the Committee.

Within 30 days of the filing of an appeal, the Executive Director shall take the following actions:
