1. (a) Prepare and submit to the Chancellor a current five-year maintenance plan. The plan shall be consistent with the district's five-year capital outlay plan, but shall not duplicate that plan. The plan shall provide for ongoing as well as scheduled maintenance.
2. (b) Maintain a level of ongoing maintenance during the year for which funds are requested commensurate with the level of activity in prior years.

Each community college district applying to receive funds pursuant to this subchapter shall:
