Cal. Code Regs. tit. 5, § 56411 – Funding.

(a) This subchapter shall only be operative in a fiscal year if funds have been appropriated for purposes of this subchapter for that fiscal year.
(b) The Chancellor is authorized to designate up to 1 percent of the funds allocated for the NextUp program for program administration, program development, and program accountability.
