- (a) Districts hosting baccalaureate degree programs shall establish separate application processes for each such program. All enrollment and admission priorities established by the Legislature for community college courses shall apply to baccalaureate degree programs.
- (b) District governing boards may apply criteria for admission to baccalaureate degree programs when enrollment must be restricted due to limitations on funding, facilities, practicum sites, or other similar capacity restraints. Permissible admissions criteria shall be established and maintained by the Chancellor's Office.
