1. (a) Auxiliary organization: An “auxiliary organization” is an entity authorized by section 72670 of the Education Code which is established by the governing board in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter and Article 6 (commencing with section 72670) of chapter 6, part 45, division 7, title 3 of the Education Code.
2. (b) Written agreement: A “written agreement” is an agreement between a community college district and an auxiliary organization which may implement or otherwise address the requirements of subdivision (j) of section 59257 of this subchapter.

For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions shall be applied:
