Cal. Code Regs. tit. 5, § 30042
(a) “Graduation data” means, for each undergraduate program offered by a qualifying institution, the number of students within the cohort who complete a program and upon whom the institution has actually conferred the degree, diploma, certificate or other formal award, within 100% and 150% of the published program length of the program, reported by gender, ethnicity, Pell Grant status, first generation status, transfer status, adult learner status, student parent status, foster youth status, and eligibility used of state financial aid received, including Cal Grant A, Cal Grant B, Cal Grant C, Cal Grant Access Awards, and Middle Class Scholarship, to the extent data is available Adult learner is defined as students who were aged 25 or older at initial enrollment. Graduation data shall be segregated by each campus of the qualifying institution and include data through August 31 following the academic year that equates to 100% and 150%.
