Consistent with subdivision (f) of Education Code Section 69617, a student interested in receiving a Pre-Enrollment Conditional Award Notice shall submit an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Pre-Enrollment Conditional Award Notice.” The Commission shall provide the Pre-Enrollment Conditional Award Notice within 10 business days.
