A candidate shall not use the logo or registered mark of the system in campaign material they prepare and distribute. All campaign materials prepared by candidates, and all election material furnished by the system, shall include the following disclaimer: CalSTRS and the Teachers' Retirement Board do not endorse or support any particular candidate running for election, and any statements or representations made by candidates are their own and do not reflect the views, positions, or policies of CalSTRS or the Teachers' Retirement Board.
