(a) All matters to be submitted for consideration of the State Board shall be sent to the Board Assistant at least 15 business days preceding a regular meeting of the State Board, by email or by mail at California Library Services Board; California State Library, P.O. Box 942837, Sacramento, CA 94237-0001.
(b) Setting of Agenda. The agenda for regular meetings of the State Board shall be set by the Chief Executive Officer at least 12 business days prior to the meeting.
