1. (a) Within 30 days from the postmark date of the CDE's written notification to a publisher or manufacturer of noncompliance with social content standard(s), a publisher or manufacturer shall notify the CDE in writing of its intent to appeal to the SBE.

   1. (1) The appeal shall be limited to the finding(s) of noncompliance identified during the initial social content review.
   2. (2) The SBE may consider the appeal at its next regularly scheduled Board meeting or as soon as practicable thereafter.

A publisher or manufacturer may appeal a finding of noncompliance with the social content standards and the following procedures apply:
