1. (a) The Child Development Division shall approve or disapprove a proposed subcontract submitted for prior approval within thirty (30) calendar days following the receipt of all required documents.
2. (b) Upon approval or disapproval, the Child Development Division shall return a copy of the approved subcontract or a copy of the disapproved subcontract to the contractor.
3. (c) A disapproved contract will include a statement of the reason(s) for not approving the subcontract.
4. (d) If the request for approval of a subcontract is denied, the contractor may appeal the decision in accordance with instructions specified in Section 18308 of this Division.
