Cal. Code Regs. tit. 5, § 17786 – Contractor Compliance with Early Education Division Decision; Reimbursement for Services During the Appeal Process.

(a) The contractor shall comply with the decision of the Early Education Division immediately upon receipt thereof.
(b) The contractor shall be reimbursed for preschool services delivered to the family during the appeal process.
(c) If a contractor's determination that a family is ineligible is upheld by the Early Education Division, services to the family shall cease upon receipt of the Early Education Division's decision by the contractor.
