1. (a) Families enrolling pursuant to Education Code section 8208 must provide proof of residency within the attendance boundaries of the same qualified free and reduced price meals (FRPM) elementary school as the preschool program to be eligible for enrollment in a CSPP Neighborhood SchoolSite.

2. (b) Acceptable documentation for proof of residency may include any of the following with one or more parents' names on the documentation:

   1. (1) Current utility bill;
   2. (2) Current property tax bill;
   3. (3) Current rental or lease agreement with landlord's information;
   4. (4) Current voter registration;
   5. (5) Current government agency letter;
   6. (6) Current employment pay stub; or
   7. (7) Any documentation that a contractor reasonably relies upon to prove a family's residency.
