Cal. Code Regs. tit. 5, § 17749.1 – Age Limitations; Exceptions for Two-Year-Old Children.

(a) Notwithstanding any other law or regulation, a CSPP contractor may, but is not required to, enroll interested two-year-old children in part-day or full-day CSPP.
(b) For information on implementation for serving two-year-old children, refer to guidance developed pursuant to Education Code section 8207.1.
(c) This section shall become inoperative on July 1, 2027.
