1. (a) A child that receives child protective services, or is at-risk thereof may be exempt for up to 12 months if it is required by the services plan;
2. (b) Enrollment in a part-day CSPP;
3. (c) With an income level that, in relation to family size, is less than the first entry in the family fee schedule; or
4. (d) A family that receives CalWORKs cash aid.

No fees shall be collected from families with any of the following circumstances:
