1. (a) Facilitating relationships between the local educational agency or local regional centers and families that need services.
2. (b) Soliciting support from the community, this includes the solicitation of donated goods and services.
3. (c) Providing information to the community regarding the services available. Contractors may utilize media or other forms of communication in the community.
4. (d) Collaborating with the local resource and referral agency to provide services to families.
