Cal. Code Regs. tit. 5, § 12032 – Composition of the SPAC.

(a) The SPAC shall be comprised of one eligible parent member from each RPAC elected pursuant to section 12033.
(b) The SPAC may include three eligible community members elected pursuant to section 12034.
(c) At least two-thirds of the members of the SPAC shall be parent members.
