1. (a) At the first regularly scheduled RPAC meeting after September 1 of each year, the RPAC shall nominate and elect from its membership five officers who will form a roundtable.
2. (b) Only parent members shall be eligible to vote for and serve as officers.
3. (c) Absentee voting shall not be permitted.
4. (d) Officers shall be installed immediately after the election.
5. (e) Except as provided in subdivision (h), officers may only serve in a given office for a single one-year term.
6. (f) The roundtable, in collaboration with the Migrant Region, shall preside at meetings.
7. (g) The five officers shall have the same level of leadership within the roundtable.
8. (h) For each meeting, a different officer from the roundtable will facilitate the meeting.
9. (i) The remaining four officers will participate in the organization of the meeting.
10. (j) For any other matter concerning the region, the officers will meet to discuss and analyze the situation, and the roundtable will provide suggestions.
