(a) The RPAC shall be comprised of up to 15 eligible parent members.
- (1) DFDs shall be represented on the RPAC of the Migrant Region in which they are geographically located, regardless of the migrant population size.
- (2) Migrant Regions serving more than ten operating agencies shall ensure representation for migrant parents on the RPAC is prioritized by size of migrant student population.
- (b) The RPAC may include up to three optional community members from operating agencies and DFDs within the Migrant Region.
- (c) At least two-thirds of the members of the RPAC shall be eligible parents of migrant children.
- (d) All voting members of the RPAC shall be eligible parent members who must also have migrant children enrolled in the MEP.
