1. (a) Evaluation of participation in related classroom instruction which is the responsibility of the cooperative vocational education teacher.
2. (b) Evaluation of participation at the paid training station which is the responsibility of the cooperative vocational education teacher with the assistance of the employer.

Provision shall be made for evaluating and rating each student's achievement in Cooperative Vocational Education. Credit shall be granted for the satisfactory completion of the following:
