The Mello-Roos Yearly Fiscal Status Report and the Mello-Roos Draw on Reserve/Default Report shall be submitted to the Commission through the Commission's online submittal system. If the Commission's online submittal system is inoperative, an online notification of an alternative submittal method shall be provided.
