1. (a) “commission” means the State Athletic Commission.
2. (b) “code” means the Business and Professions Code.
3. (c) “Rules” means the Wrestling rules.
4. (d) The terms “promoter” and “club” are synonymous and mean and include any person, partnership, club, corporation, organization, or association conducting, holding or giving wrestling exhibitions.
5. (e) the masculine gender includes the feminine gender.
