1. (a) As used in Section 18712(a) of the code:

   1. (1) The phrase “within 30 days prior to the date of application” means that the blood test will be accepted for licensure purposes for 30 days from the date of the test report.
   2. (2) The phrase “documentary evidence satisfactory to the commission” means the original or a copy of the test report on letterhead of the the laboratory, accompanied by the applicant's declaration under penalty of perjury that the report represents the applicant's HIV/HCV/HBV test results.
2. (b) The tests described in Section 18712(a) of the code shall be referred to collectively as the “HIV/HCV/HBV tests.”
