1. (a) A party may serve a document to the Board using any of the following means of service:

   1. (1) in-person service;
   2. (2) service by mail; or
   3. (3) electronic service to the Board's electronic mail address as listed at www.abcab.ca.gov.

2. (b) A party may serve a document to the Department or other party using any of the following means of service:

   1. (1) in-person service;
   2. (2) service by mail; or
   3. (3) electronic service, subject to the requirements of section 181.2.
