1. (a) A description of each item such that the cannabis goods can easily be identified;
2. (b) An accurate measurement of the quantity of the item;
3. (c) The date and time the cannabis goods were received by the licensed retailer;
4. (d) The sell-by or expiration date provided on the package of cannabis goods, if any;
5. (e) The name and license number of the licensed distributor or licensed microbusiness that transported the cannabis goods to the licensed retailer; and
6. (f) The price the licensed retailer paid for the cannabis goods, including taxes, delivery costs, and any other costs.

A licensed retailer shall maintain an accurate record of its inventory. A licensed retailer shall provide the Department with the record of inventory immediately upon request. A licensed retailer shall keep a record of the following information for all cannabis goods the licensed retailer has in its inventory:
