1. (a) Packages of seeds are not required to be placed in child-resistant packaging prior to sale.

2. (b) Packages of seeds to be sold at retail shall be labeled with the following:

   1. (1) The legal business name, or any name listed on the license certificate, of the licensed nursery that cultivated the seeds, and its contact number or website address;
   2. (2) The strain name(s);
   3. (3) Either the weight or count of seeds in the package;
   4. (4) The universal symbol described in section 17410; and
   5. (5) The statement: “These seeds have not been tested in accordance with the Medicinal and Adult-Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act.”
