Cal. Code Regs. tit. 4, § 17350 – Animal Cannabis Product Standards.

(a) “Animal cannabis product” means a cannabis product intended for use on or consumption by an animal, as defined in BPC section 26001(c).
(b) Except as provided in this section, animal cannabis products are subject to the same requirements that apply to cannabis products under the Act and this division.
(c) Only the following types of products may be manufactured, distributed, or sold as animal cannabis products:
1. (1) Edible cannabis products;
2. (2) Orally consumed concentrates; and
3. (3) Topical cannabis products.
(d) An animal cannabis product may not contain more than one milligram of Total THC per package.
