This Article implements the California School Finance Authority's administration of the Charter School Facility Grant Program (Education Code section 47614.5) which provides financial assistance for charter school facilities.

1. New article 1.5 (sections 10170.1-10170.15) and section filed 8-16-2013 as an emergency; operative 8-16-2013 (Register 2013, No. 33). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 2-12-2014 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
