Cal. Code Regs. tit. 4, § 9065 – Release of Funds.

(a) No Grant shall be released until the following information has been provided to the satisfaction of Authority staff:
1. 1. Verification that all other funds, if needed, are in place to operate the program.
2. 2. An executed Grant Agreement.
3. 3. Documentation that all conditions of funding have been satisfied.
