1. (a) Grantees shall retain all Project and financial records necessary to substantiate the purposes for which the Grant funds were spent for a period of three years after the certification of Project completion has been submitted.
2. (b) The Authority may perform site visits to inspect the Project and may inspect and/or audit Project records during the Grant Period and for three years after the certification of Project completion has been submitted. Instances include, but are not limited to, changes in the Project, challenges in Project implementation, and ensuring Project completion and Program sustainability.
