1. (a) A cultivator shall implement a crop rotation which may include but is not limited to sod, cover crops, green manure crops, and catch crops.

   1. (1) Maintain or improve soil organic matter content;
   2. (2) Provide for pest management;
   3. (3) Manage deficient or excess plant nutrients; and
   4. (4) Provide erosion control.
