1. (a) The categories for supervision of pest control by a qualified person pursuant to section 11708 of the Food and Agricultural Code are those listed in section 6530 of Title 3, California Code of Regulations.

2. (b) The categories applicable for supervision of a Maintenance Gardener Pest Control Business pursuant to section 11704 of the Food and Agricultural Code are:

   1. (1) A license or certificate holder with Category B as specified in section 6530; or
   2. (2) A certificate holder with Subcategory Q as specified in section 6531.
