1. (a) The department shall establish a schedule of charges for the services described in this subchapter based upon the approximate cost of the service rendered.
2. (b) The department may charge additional fees, upon approval by the client, when due to conditions, or number of samples and/or determinations made, the fees established will not cover the cost of the service as described.
3. (c) A client may request a refund of any funds that the client deposited in an account with the department.
