1. (a) Cotton lint ginned within the District and not from an approved cotton shall be identified as “SJV EXPERIMENTAL”, “CALIFORNIA UPLAND”, “CALIFORNIA PIMA”, or “CALIFORNIA NATURALLY COLORED” cotton at all times.
2. (b) Identification tags and decals shall be affixed to bales under the supervision of the department. Identification shall not be removed without permission of the department.
