1. (a) Processed citrus fruit, including citrus fruit which has been washed and waxed and is being moved in bulk quantities.
2. (b) Shipments originating from non-infested areas.
3. (c) Shipments originating in the infested area that do not enter a non-infested area or an area in which an active control program is being conducted.

These standards do not apply to the following types of shipments:
