In addition to requirements found in Section 14601 of the Food and Agricultural Code, the following information is required.

Each beneficial substance, packaged agricultural mineral, specialty fertilizer, and organic input material shall be registered in the name of the legal entity or person whose name appears on the label before being distributed in this state.

These materials shall not be distributed or sold unless the product is registered.
