No handler, producer, wholesale customer, manufacturer, distributor, or consumer shall violate any of the provisions of this group, directly or indirectly, or through an employee, representative or other agent, or through a subsidiary or affiliated company or corporation. “Subsidiary or affiliated company or corporation,” as used herein includes, but is not limited to, companies or corporations controlled by the handler, directly or indirectly, through ownership of issued capital stock or otherwise.
