1. (a) Under circumstances outlined in The Act, the Department shall require a bond. This statutory requirement may affect the denied applicant who subsequently seeks to become an agent as well as the denied applicant who reapplies for the original license type. A bond may be required on both the agent and the employer.
2. (b) Bonding procedures are described in Section 1701.4 of these regulations.
