- (a) Carcasses, meat, meat byproducts, meat food products, and all other non-rendered raw animal materials shall be promptly rendered and shall not be removed from rendering establishments or their premises except when a special permit has been issued by the Department and conditions specified by the Department are met to prevent the improper use of such materials.
- (b) Renderers who desire to remove inedible animal materials other than animal carcasses, from a rendering establishment shall submit a completed MPES Form 79-018 Application For Permit To Remove Inedible Material From A Rendering Plant (Rev. 08/11) to the Department.
