- (a) The permanent officers of the board shall consist of a Chairperson and a Vice Chairperson. The Chairperson and the Vice Chairperson shall be elected by the board. The board may create additional officers with such titles and duties as it may assign.
- (b) The Chairperson shall preside over meetings of the board and shall serve as the principal spokesperson for the board.
- (c) The Vice Chairperson shall serve as Chairperson in the absence of the Chairperson.
- (d) Board officers shall be elected on an annual basis. Elections shall be held at the end of the first meeting of the calendar year.
