- (a) Any person applying a vaccination eartag must record the information about the event as specified in section 752(a)(4) of this article and maintain the records for five (5) years.
- (b) The owner of any animal vaccinated for brucellosis must maintain vaccination records for five (5) years. At a minimum, the information must include the date of vaccination, number and type of calves (dairy, beef, total), vaccination eartag numbers applied and name of veterinarian conducting the vaccination.
- (c) The Department may inspect and/or photocopy during normal business hours any records required to be kept pursuant to this article.
