1. (a) The recipient will acknowledge the Department's support wherever and whenever the project is publicized in any news media, brochures, publications, audiovisual presentations, or other types of promotional materials, and in accordance with the Grant Management Procedures Manual.
2. (b) The Department's logo is not authorized for use by recipients in acknowledgement, unless the Recipient is granted prior authorization by the Department.
3. (c) The recipient will notify the Department in writing at least two business days before any news releases or public conferences regarding the project are initiated by the Recipient or its Contractors/Subrecipients.
