1. (a) A warning for environmental exposures from a designated smoking area meets the requirements of this subarticle if it complies with the content requirements in Section 25607.29 and is provided on an 8 ½ by 11 inch sign posted both at the entrance to and within the area in which the exposure occurs. The warning must be printed in no smaller than 22-point type and be enclosed in a box.
