1. (a) Registered Professionals -- Construction of solar evaporators shall be supervised and certified, by a registered civil or agricultural engineer, or a registered geologist or certified engineering geologist, as built according to the design requirements and Notice of Plan Compliance (§ 25209.13 of Article 9.7 of the Health and Safety Code).
