1. (a) The owner or operator, upon completion of closure of the site, shall file a detailed description of the closed site, including a map, with the Recorder of the County in which the site is located, with the EA and with the local agency that has been selected to maintain the county integrated waste management plan. The site description, upon completion of closure of the site, shall include but not be limited to the following:

   1. (1) the date that closure was completed;
   2. (2) the boundaries including height and depths of the filled area. If the site was closed in increments, the boundaries of each waste management unit;
   3. (3) the location where the closure and postclosure plans can be obtained; and
   4. (4) a statement that the future site use is restricted in accordance with the postclosure maintenance plan.
