1. (a) These regulations implement and interpret Chapter 6 (commencing with Section 50650) of Part 2 of Division 31, Health and Safety Code, which establishes the CalHome Program.
2. (b) These regulations establish terms, conditions and procedures for the award and disbursement of funds allocated to the CalHome Program.
