1. (a) The cost of acquiring or refinancing the property;
2. (b) The cost of site preparation, demolition, and clearing;
3. (c) Architectural, engineering, legal, accounting, consulting, and other fees in connection with the planning, execution, and financing of the project;
4. (d) The cost of necessary studies, surveys, plans and permits;
5. (e) The cost of insurance, interest and financing, taxes and assessments and carrying costs incurred during self-help construction;
6. (f) Onsite construction costs of labor and material directly for self-help construction;
7. (g) The cost of offsite improvements, including streets, sewers, and utilities.
