1. (a) This Article 6 governs Projects funded pursuant to Health and Safety Code Sections 50675.14 and 53533(a)(3) for the purpose of providing loans to supportive housing Projects.
2. (b) The provisions of Articles 1, 2, 3 and 4 of this subchapter 4 apply to assistance made available pursuant to this Article 6 except as modified herein.
